On November 3, 2010 the citizen;s of Loomis will elect 3 members to the Loomis Town Council.
The people of Loomis will be asked to decide if they want Loomis to continue as a small rural community or change.
A group has submitted a ballot measure to limit the term of council members. Their reasoning is that Loomis needs new faces and ideas.
Is the old idea of a small rural town needed to be changed?
